A background saturated in real estate, his father and grandfather built custom homes throughout the greater San Diego area; while his mother and grandmother served the community as agents. A disciplined work ethic, Stafford worked in construction and as a commercial property manager to put himself through college. After college he worked as an estimator and project manager, honing his skills with material and construction costs. Inspired by the real estate market in San Diego, at age 22 Stafford bought his 1st property in Encinitas, CA. Kayla attained a double major BA degree in Marketing and Communications from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin where she also played soccer and served as team captain. In her post graduate, Kayla continues growing an impressive resume that includes serving as Senior Account Executive at Seismic Software in Del Mar, CA and Growth Manager for Compass in North County San Diego.
